I personally review each submitted image and will provide you a preview of the expected result prior to committing to print. If either you or I aren't satisfied with the likely result, we can cancel for a full refund or modify your order to make it work for you.
Because machine time and filament cannot be reclaimed or reused, no refunds will be given after the start of printing.
